Inergy helps companies achieve and improve their own goals by making the best use of data analytics. They build, manage and provide further development of data platforms for clients such as Rituals and PostNL. Inergy has acquired and integrated a number of companies over the past three years. These include LIAS, a planning & control solution for governments and municipalities.

In 2019, Inergy did not meet their recruitment goals due to prolonged absences of their recruiters. Only a junior sourcer was employed at the time. They needed an experienced recruiter to ensure that desired growth results were achieved.

Our commitment

For the past five years, we have been a recruiting partner of Inergy. We started with an experienced recruiter who wrote a recruitment plan. We then implemented an ATS (recruitment system) so that processes were more tightly organized. There was a kick-off with the management team where expectations were expressed and successful sourcing via LinkedIn was set up.

Result

There is now a weekly MT report and a new quarterly referral program where, among other things, new employees have dinner with the management. During these dinners we not only involve the new employees and their network in recruitment, but also evaluate how their recruitment process and onboarding has been. We incorporate this data into the plan for the coming year.

This is how we have scaled up and down in recent years, depending on Inergy’s growth needs.
