Review of fringe benefits

Crisp is a Dutch scale-up that aims to restore health to the modern food system with their supermarket app that offers fresh and local food. Their headquarters are located in Amsterdam.


Crisp needed to replace the HR Business Partner during her leave of absence. We were tasked with keeping day-to-day operations running, relieving the HR team and reviewing fringe benefits. This role is responsible for all 250 head office employees.

Our commitment

De Wervingsfabriek started with a deep dive into the operational processes and tasks to make them their own as quickly as possible. In this way, we ensured that from the beginning of the leave, all processes continued smoothly. We also got to work on reviewing the fringe benefits and took a fresh look at the existing processes.


From carrying out the personnel administration, to conducting exit interviews and advising managers, we successfully took over the role, thereby relieving the team and the organization. We also provided practical and applicable advice on the benefits package and implemented an exit analysis.
