Based on your hiring needs we will build a team of recruiters and talent sourcers, that acts as an in-house department, but is on the payroll of De Wervingsfabriek. This means maximum flexibility for your organisation as we scale up and down the team, depending on the hiring needs in each quarter.  Further, you don’t need to worry about achieving your hiring goals, as we take full responsibility for achieving the growth goals.
