P1 Travel is the largest ticketing agency in Europe where they sell the complete trip to the biggest sports games and events: it’s all about unforgettable experiences. The office is located in Leiden.

P1 Travel had the ambition to further professionalize and to grow with 20 vacancies spread over six months. De Wervingsfabriek was deployed to build a recruitment team, implement an ATS, set up a process and introduce employer branding.

Our commitment

De Wervingsfabriek implemented an ATS, set up a dedicated recruitment team, and launched employer branding to build a previously unknown employer brand. We established a new process and outlined an annual plan. The MT and hiring managers were trained on interview techniques, and within 6 months all vacancies were filled, including the first international hire.

Result

After more than a year, we continue to help P1 Travel grow and professionalize their business by soon implementing our HR building blocks as well. Together we are building a growing and sporting future for P1 Travel!
