DTX is a growing Dutch company specializing in Infra, Cyber Security and Business Solutions. Their office is in Alkmaar.
Request
DTX wanted to grow, but noticed that their recruitment process was not clearly and logically organized. For this, they enlisted the help of De Wervingsfabriek.
For this, De Wervingsfabriek was asked to set up an ATS (recruitment system), train managers and others to use this system properly, and provide interview training to all stakeholders.
Once the system was properly set up, we got busy approaching candidates for different roles to also get traction on the open positions.
Our commitment
The Recruitment Factory set up all the necessary building blocks so that DTX could grow. We started by implementing a recruitment system and introducing interview processes. The entire MT was trained in competency-based interviewing using the STARR method. We started sourcing for all job openings. Within a few weeks, the first interviews were scheduled.
Result
Within 3 months, the process was set up and everyone within DTX was familiar with the necessary systems. In addition, DTX continued to hire on its own. Over the final months of 2023, 5 new people came in!
