De Wervingsfabriek was asked to develop and implement the HR Strategy. This at a time when Get-e is growing rapidly and their HR strategy had to be firmly established and processes professionalized. With the aim of retaining talent and continuing to achieve growth objectives.

Our solution

Our Head of People & Culture Sanne van Es has determined the HR strategy and core values ​​together with management and implemented them. A salary house has been set up, an employee handbook has been developed, roles have been defined and scorecards have been created. Management is still being trained. With the interim people consultant from De Wervingsfabriek, all HR processes and the payroll process were mapped and professionalized where necessary.

Our interim recruiter has focused on speed and quality in order to realize sustainable assumptions. Campaigns, referral recruitment & sourcing were used for this.
