Axual is a scale-up that offers real-time data solutions for customers such as Eneco and Rabobank. They enable customers to respond directly to the ever-changing needs of their customers. Axual offers them real-time data solutions based on Apache Kafka.

Ask

Axual faced a challenge: The costs of the recruitment process must be reduced, while the company must grow. The recruitment process was completely outsourced to external parties and the desire was to take this back in-house. In addition, an onboarding process had to be set up for new employees.
De Wervingsfabriek has been asked to grow the company by 10 people, manage and optimize the recruitment process internally, and develop an effective onboarding program.

Our commitment

To achieve these goals, our interim recruiter started implementing an ATS system, rewriting all vacancies and redesigning the Career Page. LinkedIn job slots were also immediately used to give Axual’s online visibility a huge boost.
We then took over the entire recruitment process, streamlined the processes and implemented a referral program.
At the same time, our Recruiter also designed and implemented a completely new onboarding program, so that all new employees received a warm welcome and were up and running quickly. In addition, advice has been written for an HR information system.

The result

A result to be proud of! Within 4 months we grew Axual from 35 to 45 employees, a growth of 28%!
Not only has Axual grown enormously, they now also manage the recruitment process in-house, thus saving a lot of costs on external agencies. In addition, we have hired a Head of People who will continue our work and support the growth of the business.
