Organization has doubled

Veloretti is a Dutch (e)bike brand with a strong ambition, both in their Amsterdam headquarters, as in the brandstore at their warehouse in Almelo.


Veloretti wanted to grow further (internationally), but didn’t have the in-house knowledge to carry this out. There was no ATS (recruitment system) present, no interview process, managers had no experience and nobody had insight about the expenses.
De Wervingsfabriek has been asked to start a recruitment division, responsible for hiring all of Veloretti’s new employees and making sure they received a professional onboarding process. 

Our commitment

De Wervingsfabriek has set up all necessary building blocks to realise Veloretti ability to grow. We have started implementing a recruitment system and introduction of interview processes. The entire MT has been trained to interview on competences through the STARR interview method. Together with the marketing division we have started the Employer Branding and began sourcing if vacancies were difficult to fill. Within 8 months we have doubled the organization in employees and achieved the first international hire.


Meanwhile we are already partners with Veloretti for a year. We scale our recruitment up on down in a flexible manner, depending on Veloretti’s needs. Because of our fortunate coöperation, Veloretti no longer has to make use of recruitment and selection agencies.
