In the past year, Electude switched to a new HR information system, HiBob. The basics had been implemented, but many processes had not yet been set up. As a result, running the payroll, among other things, remained largely a manual process.
Electude engaged De Wervingsfabriek to further optimize the HR processes in HiBob.

Our commitment

Our HR business partner Karolien Verbeek started collecting information and mapping the needs of the HR department and MT. A thorough analysis was made of the existing processes.
Karolien started adding all the information from Excel files into HiBob. All workflows were then optimized to achieve automation of HR processes. This included:
Properly setting up all leave arrangements.
Automatically sending out all steps for the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Fully automatic generation of the mutation list from HiBob.
We also thought about other processes, such as optimizing the recruitment process.

The result

Thanks to our efforts, Electude’s HR information system is now fully set up and automated. The HR department can rely on accurate information and reporting in HiBob, which saves them a lot of manual work. This gives the HR department more time for important tasks, which contributes to more efficient and effective business operations.
