iwell was looking for a recruitment and HR partner with a focus on recruitment and retention. One of the MT goals was; professional growth while maintaining corporate culture. There was a limited recruitment system used by the office manager and the recruitment processes were unclear, there was no recruitment strategy and there was a lot of dependence on Recruitment & Selection Agencies. The onboarding of new employees was very limited and the HR organization also wanted to professionalize them.
Our Solution
De Wervingsfabriek started working with Guido Dekker as lead recruiter (2 days) and a recruiter to set up our six building blocks. We started by optimizing the processes and implementing a better ATS, with many tasks automated. A new referral campaign was then set up from which we obtained good hires. A new careers page was built together with marketing, and posting of vacancies was added to the content calendar. We actively hunted for vacancies that were difficult to fill, where we clearly identified which companies (hunting ground) were interesting for this and all data became transparent in our sourcing reporting. We have built a recruitment report for the MT.
After we had set up recruitment, the HR team was temporarily reinforced with recruitment Sanne van Es, as interim Head of People. She has further professionalized the internal organization and structured the HR organization. Partly because of this, iwell is now able to grow internationally.
