Suitsupply is a Dutch company in men’s clothing, shoes and accessories that operates internationally. With a strong growth ambition, both within the headquarters in Amsterdam and global stores.

Suitsupply was in need of support to fill HQ and Tech vacancies. An ATS had recently been implemented (Greenhouse) but was not yet being used to its full potential. The Recruitment Factory was asked to help fill all HQ and Tech roles (Staff, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Executive) and further optimize the new ATS.
Our commitment
The Recruitment Factory deployed a Tech recruiter, HQ recruiter and Lead recruiter to work structurally on a step-by-step strategy in this way. In this, we first optimized the process, then sourced for the hard-to-fill positions and put Suitsupply on the map as a Tech employer. Finally, onboarding was revamped together with the internal HR team.
Result
We achieved a number of concrete results for Suitsupply. For example, the turnaround time of vacancies was reduced by 73%, no employees left within the probationary period (2 months) and 84% of HQ vacancies were filled.
