Visualfabriq is a worldwide frontrunner in their smartest AI solutions regarding “Revenue Growth Management”. They implement their AI solutions in large FMCG companies such as Unilever, Arla and Heineken. With the headquarters in Maarten, they had 35 people in total without a recruitment department but solely an interim parttime HR manager.

Assignment

To build up a recruitment department, including processes, referral campagnes and make sure all candidates had a positive experience all over the world. They required international takeovers of personnel to go without any interference of agencies, so the company would be able to further expend.

Our solution

De Wervingsfabriek has build the recruitment department. We provided training for the hiring management and a splendid cooperation between board and recruitment. Within 1 and a half years, the amount of fte’s doubled in all 7 offices over 4 continents. After that period of time, we hired a permanent HR manager and recruiter to proceed with all tasks.
